Our Office Showroom is open from 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM Monday – Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.

Our delivery charge is 15 AED inside UAE and 20 AED for Far Areas. If you collect your parcel from our office, there will be no delivery charge.

If you prepay for your desired product(s) and the value is equal or above 250 AED then you don’t need to pay any delivery charges. We will bear the delivery charge. Applicable only for United Arab Emirates as our service is still limited to UAE only. If you like to get your product in Bangladesh, you can contact Buy Perfume in Bangladesh (BPIB).

We deliver our parcels through courier company Team Express Services LLC.

Please note, we can update delivery charge any time without any notification to our new or existing clients. We deserve the whole right to update the delivery charge.

At this stage, we accept Credit/Debit Card, Cash On Delivery, Direct Bank Transfer, or Office Pick Up only. When Team Express delivery men deliver the product, you can pay the product’s price to the delivery men (if you have selected “cash on delivery” option at the checkout process).

If you want to pay to our Bank Account, please select “Bank Payment” option at the checkout page. After you submit the order, you will get our Bank Account Details. Also you will receive an email about our bank account details. After the payment, you need to provide us scan copy of the money receipt. Once the amount reached in our bank account, we will process your order. Due to Fraudulent activity, we can’t process any order unless the amount is deposited into our Bank Account.

You can directly purchase any products from our website with your debit/credit cards. You need to select “Debit/Credit Card” option in the checkout page.

In our office, you can use POS Machine to pay via your Credit/Debit card(s). If you are not UAE citizen/residence, then you need to give us your passport copy when you are making a transaction with your Debit/Credit card.

If you are inside the UAE, it will take up to 1 – 3 business days. If you are in Far Areas of UAE, it will take up to 7 business days. Our Corporate Office is closed on Sunday. Please note, during holiday season, it might take more time to deliver your products as our office is closed on national and public holidays.

Unfortunately, NO. We ship our products only in UAE and Bangladesh. Except these two countries, we don’t ship internationally yet.

The differences are simply a matter of the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. The highest concentration is in pure perfume (or parfum). Next would be Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne. Some manufacturers make a solid perfume, solid perfume is as strong as a pure perfume however it is in a gel-like consistency.

Eau De Toilette and Eau De Cologne are generally interchangeable, especially in Men’s fragrances. After Shave has the least amount of oils. The higher the concentration the longer your fragrance will last, and the less you need to apply. .

There is absolutely no difference in the fragrance. The difference is in the method of application only. However, a spray bottle, being sealed all the time, may actually have a longer shelf life. Making the decision between spray and splash is entirely a matter of personal preference.

If you get wrong product(s) by any chance, you can return the product. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product.

Please note, we always prefer our clients to call us first to avoid any misunderstanding or confusion. Some products don’t come with cellophane, we know that. But if any product contains cellophane, you should not tear or open the box in any case (wrong product received scenario).

All returns must be done by you within 24 hours (after you receive our products). You will bear the product return shipping charge.
